We work with families or individuals who are overwhelmed by the prospect of moving to a new home and are stressed about clearing the loft, shredding paperwork and sorting out their personal possessions and don’t know where to start. 

We work with charities and hospices whose patients or benefactors have an empty property but no one to prepare or arrange its sale.  They are looking for someone trustworthy to organise property valuations so that family members or Executors can achieve the best price.

We work with social services and hospital discharge teams who are under pressure to free up hospital beds.

We work with estate agents whose clients have already put their house on the market, but do not have anyone to help them physically and practically with all the work associated with moving house.

We work with wills, trust and probate solicitors who are managing empty properties due to a death or when someone has had to move into care/hospital suddenly.
